Hi there CB23 - sorry to hear about this.
When you say you removed Dropbox from your desktop, I'm assuming you uninstalled the desktop app - right? Did you also delete your Dropbox folder upon that process or do you have a local copy of it on your computer at the moment?
Do you see any signs of your missing files in your events page by any chance? This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint.
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
- CB232 years agoNew member | Level 2Thank you for your response. No I didn’t delete the folder but I did only save it to Dropbox. When I went to my Microsoft word, all the documents are still visible in my recently opened but says I cannot open them due to no access. I cannot find the folder or even search for the documents in Dropbox though.
