Missing Files and they aren't in recently deleted files
Missing Files After my subscription renewed today almost all (95%) of my files disappeared and are not in recently deleted files.

Hi clarkie, if you were able to sign into the account, and saw both personal and work files, it all points out to you being part of a Business team.
Is it possible that you created a new account, or have a different account that you used to sign into Dropbox with?

Hmm. Okay.
I only had one account under one personal email for multiple years. I was invited into the Business account with my former company in 2020, and for the entire 2 years saw both personal and company files in one place. I never altered my personal account in any way and don't remember any sort of alert to merge into the business account (if that's a thing). I even tried logging out of my account (forgoing the option to sign in via Google) and logged in with my personal email and password, and still everything but the one single file is gone. I just reset my password right now, just in case there was somehow a second account or something, and still nothing.

Hi clarkie, if you're not seeing the files, then it's like my colleague suggested, your old account was part of a Dropbox Business team. As you mentioned you saw both your personal and work files in one place, this could mean they were all on your company account.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.
