Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
Make it SIMPLE to remove or delete files on Dropbox. I, and many others, simply stop using Dropbox when it is full which means you are storing billions of files no-one wants. That must be expensive for you. People are unlikely to pay for extra storage when most is used for storing things they no longer want. You are also risking exposing their data to hackers.
Hi @Andyjenk2 , and thanks for posting on the forum.
Can you clarify which Dropbox platform (website/mobile app/desktop app) you’re usually trying to delete files from and what issues you’re having in finding the “Delete” option?
Please share what exact changes you’d like us to make, as well.
Keep me updated.
