Recently deleted team account
I recently downgraded my team account to a free account. I chatted with customer service and they assured me all my files would remain. Now I've downgraded and most of my files are gone. I can't access customer support anymore as I only have a free account. Does anyone know how to contact them? This is why we downgraded our account, customer service, even with a paid account was so hard to access.

Good evening! I have a major issue which is my account has been accidentally deleted without my permission In the last 24 hours and I’ve only found out this morning. Hello, I want to restore deleted files from Dropbox. Its been more than one month. How can i get deleted files from dropbox. I can see them in my event list. If i upgrade my dropbox plan to professional version will I able to get those deleted files.
Some folders that I deleted do not show up in the deleted files page - how can I restore them?
Some of the folders I deleted tonight are not shown in the deleted files list, and I want to restore a few. They are not showing in events either. Only some of the deleted files and folders are shown in the deleted files list and events. Please help, this is very annoying. Thank you
I've accidentally removed my personal folder from the team and I can't find it anywhere.
Hello, unfortunately as an admin I have removed access to my *personal* folder in Dropbox. What can I do? The folder can no longer be found. I accidentally pressed the Remove ALL button. Now all my personal data is gone
"Folder is in use" error when trying to move a folder out of the Dropbox folder
I moved a LARGE file to my Dropbox so my boss could work from it for the weekend - soon learned this was a bad idea because of how long it took to upload. Now, I would like to move it back to just my local computer but it keeps telling me folder is in use. I have tried to "Quit" the Dropbox app and do it, thinking this would solve any "Sync pending" issues. I have also restarted computer (multiple times) thinking it would work. How can I make this happen? Windows 10 - Dropbox App is installed (218.4.4348)
