If I delete the whole Dropbox folder, will all my files stay in Dropbox in the cloud?

I have 2 computers and 1 cell phone that I access DB files.  I now want to remove/delete folder on a pc that has DB files/folders on it.  I don’t want to loose files.  
If I delete the whole DB folder, will all my files stay in DB in the cloud?

Unlink the computer from your account or uninstall Dropbox, then you can remove the local Dropbox folder. Make sure everything is fully synced before doing so.
