Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
Hello,
Ive tried to upload a large file, thats taken me over my storage limit. I want to delete the large file, but its not showing anywhere, for me to delete. And now my account is locked, so Im unable to use, dropbox just says i have to upgrade to new plan. But i just want to delete the recently uploaded large folder. Does anyone know how i can do this without upgrading?
Hi @rudyshaw, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Have you tried using these steps to determine the size of files and folders on your account?
Do you have any shared folders or a Dropbox Backup added to your account?
This will help me to assist further!
