I am missing some pictures.

New Sam/s24 galaxy ultra I screwed up. THOUGHTI kept my contacts/pics but...apparently not. I restored fon like new, went to bring those 2 back but..contacts are back but not pics! Where could they be?? Anyone know..or could help? Puhleeze!

Hey @Rpesmf3, let's jump right into this! 

 

I'm not entirely sure we're on the same page, so I'd like to ask some further questions to make sure I have a good grip on the issue at hand. 

 

It sounds like you might be missing some pictures, is that correct? 

 

When you said that you restored your contacts but not the pictures, do you wish to walk me through the steps that you followed on your end? 

 

Have you checked your deleted files page, by any chance?

In that case, what does your events page report? Also, how did you add these files to your account in the first place, and when was the time you saw them online?
