How can I purge the files from my Deleted files page?

How can I purge the files from my Deleted files page?

I need to completely empty my delete folder to free up storage space.

I have already deleted the files from the cache on my Mac. But I need to remove the files from the delete folder on the Dropbox site.

I check the box next to the file name in the delete folder. But no option to remove the file appears. There is no delete link, no garbage can icon.

I know that the Delete folder will automatically clear out eventually, but how do I clear out the delete folder right away?

Hi @1869785

Deleted files do not use quota, so, you do not need to purge anything.

Once you delete a file you recover that space. Same with previous versions. That doesn't use quota.

If you are still out of space have you looked at www.dropbox.com/backups ?
