Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
Hello,
I had an account that was deleted containing my wedding photos. I emailed support@dropbox.zendesk.com and got a response stating that because I did not reply to the email from the sales representative my account was permanently deleted. I left a 1-star review for Dropbox on the Google Play website explaining my situation. Dropbox responded to that review and said that I should reach out on this platform to receive help. Is there help available to help me recover my deleted account files?

Was the account actually deleted? You're not able to sign in to it anymore?
When an account is deleted, it's not possible to recover the account or the files that it contained. This could happen if you haven't accessed the account in the last year. Dropbox sends multiple emails warning of this prior to deleting the account.
Hi @MyWeddingPhotosWereDeleted, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you able to see any event history or deleted files on this page?
This will help me to assist further!
