Hello

I am no longer able to find a folder in dropbox, it was very important for me. May be I coud have deleted it by mistake, but I do not know when it could have been happened. It is not in my wastebasket. Could someone tell me if Dropbox offers a service to recovery deleted files or folders that are not in the wastebasket? Of course, no probem if is a payment service.  Thanks and regards

Hi Tony

 

Have a look at www.dropbox.com/events - does that show it?

 

It will only be recoverable within 30 days if you are a free user or 180 days if paid. Note that it wont work to upgrade now as the deletion window is based upon plan at point of deletion.
