Hey @anhkhoavo1210 - sorry to hear about this.
I'm not sure if this is what happened, but do you mean that you were part of a Dropbox for Business teams account and you were removed from the team, thus losing the files you had stored in it?
Have you tried logging into the account recently?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

Hi Walter, thank you for your help. Yes, it is sort of. To be clear, I have resigned from a university. My account with them was deleted/deactivated. I couldn't have a chance to store all my data elsewhere.
Do you know when this happened approximately @anhkhoavo1210?

It happened just today. 8-10 hours ago.
In that case, I'd suggest having the team admin that removed you from the team to reach out to our support team to see if there's anything that can be done.
Let us know if you have any other questions in the meantime @anhkhoavo1210

Thank you. I have just received their response. Do you see any possibility of asking them to contact your team?
"Technically, Dropbox should only be used for FAMU-related business, and since you are no longer employed, we will not be able to reinstate your access. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience."
I'm afraid this isn't an option @anhkhoavo1210
Only the team's admin(s) are able to re-instate your account and/or restore your files from that account.
I wish I had a better answer than this.

In any cases, thank you so much for your input.

However, I'd strongly go back and ask that they help you get your data back - even if its just them sending you a link to it. They have up to about 7 days to do that before it is lost.
