Bandwidth, not to be confused with your storage quota, is unlimited when syncing files with the Dropbox app or uploading and downloading files from your account on the website. Bandwidth limits come into effect when you send shared links and other people download files from your account.

Your quota is the amount of storage space you're entitled to, which is 2TB for a Plus account.
