Hi I'm working with a client and their word documents are saved into the Dropbox folder on thir windows computer. After they rename a file a new file pops up that says auto recovery auto recovery with the file name. I've never seen this before and it appears to only be happing in the Dropbox folder.

Hi @cdavignon, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Does this occur for any file, or only in specific folders?

This sounds like it could be related to Microsoft Office files, since that program does create similar files in case of an unexpected error to restore the missing files.

Any other info would be helpful!
