Unable to share folder "You need the new app to continue" message appears.

Hello,

I want to share my folder with someone who does not have a Dropbox account.
When clicking on the link, the page reads:
"You need the new app to continue"
If i scroll through the page there is no option to continue to the website.

The folder is set to ‘view only’

Please can someone help.
