hi all,
i get message: "There was a problem completing this request." when I open files send to me by my company,
the problem is just some people who I cant view files shared with me, for example I can view and download files shared with "X" but i can t do that with "Y"
Knowing that they send files normally.. and in same way..
any help please
tried to open the links with other browser but noting !

If I get this right, everyone is sharing a link with you to some files, but while you can view some links, others seem to throw an error for no reason, correct?
Do you mind sharing with me a screenshot of said error, so that I can have a look?

Alright; can you please take one more step and try an incognito window on your web browser, in case you haven’t already?
You also mentioned in the beginning that these shared links are sent to you by your company; do you know perhaps the type of plan they’re on? Do they happen to be on a Business team, by any chance?
