Syncing issue on one of my computers
Ho acquistato la licenza per 3 dispositivi. Ho installato dropbox desktop su 2 pc + sul mio cellulare.
La sincronizzazione tra i 3 dispostivi ha sempre funzionato.
Sui 2 pc ho l'antivirus kaspers...

As a first step, could you let me know the desktop app's exact status and version as shown in your menu bar/system tray on both of your computers?
Do you see the same files from all devices when you access your account through a web browser?

Come primo passaggio, potresti comunicarmi lo stato e la versione esatti dell'app desktop come mostrato nella barra dei menu/area di notifica su entrambi i computer?
Vedi gli stessi file da tutti i dispositivi quando accedi al tuo account tramite un browser web?
