My shared folder locally doesn't have a green check mark. Why?

My shared folder locally doesn't have a green check mark. Why?

Good morning,

I'm havind problems with one of my shared dropbox folders.

I do not get the normal green check mark on any of the files and folders within the shared folder that is giving a problem.

With other shared folders I do not have this problem.

Also when I'm working in the folder that is giving me problems, I frequently have prblems openin the files and my dropbox stops working.

THis problem only happens with this folder, so it is not related to any general problem with my PC.

I tried removing myself from the folder and then having myself added again, but this did not resolve the problem.

Attach I send to pictures. One from the folder that is giving me problems and one from another dropbox folder that is working fine.

Can someone please help me?Dropbox problem folder.jpgDropbox normal folder.jpg

Hey @MeriSu, welcome to our Community!

It seems that some files/folders are online-only instead of available offline.

Have you tried changing their status using the steps mentioned here

Give it a go, and let me know how it goes!

Hey Megan,

Thank you so much. I did what you recommended and it seems to have worked. I have the green check mark now an all my files and folders, and hopefully my Dropbox folder will work normally again.

Thank you so much for your help.
