I paid for a year of a single memership and it is not letting me upload and work on anything. It's saying something about team. I did not sign up for teams.

How do you try to upload your content and what is the exact error that you're getting on your end?

Yes, I paid for a single membership, and it keeps telling me my trail has expired. Then it declines to upload documents to work on

Would you be able to send me a screenshot of the error you get when trying to upload your documents, and clarify the platform you're using on your end (website, mobile or desktop app)?

Hey @kristenstehli11 - you should be able to attach a screenshot in your reply via the camera icon within your reply box.
