I'm not receiving shared folder invitations to my email, any help?

My company continues to send me folder invitations on Dropbox. They do not show anywhere in my emails. I also added the noreply@dropbox .com to my contacts as instructed on a help page.  Still no sign of an invite emails on my end.  They are also not  being notified that the email is not going through.

Thanks for getting back to us here @Jodyx!

Since you're not receiving the notifications, can you let me know if you see the folders in your sharing tab here?

Even if you're not receiving the email invitation, you should see any folders that have been shared with you, but not yet added to your account, from that page.

Let me know if this helps!

Hi @Jodyx; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you make sure they are using the email address that is associated with your Dropbox account?

Also, can you take a look at your email's spam folder to see if the email for the invite to the shared folders in question ended up there somehow?

Keep me posted on your findings!

Hi,

Thanks for your response.  There are no files in my spam and I have verified that the email being used for me is correct.  In fact, it was working up until the end of last year.  I notice it now as we have created ne files for 2020 and I have not received one.  Any other thoughts?

I really need to fix this problem.  The admin sends me folders to share to my email address.  It is not in my Spam and does not come through my emails.  I checked to see if my email address was correct in my seetttings and it is.  I cannot use Dropbox at all as I can't receive folders.  Help!
