I believe I installed the new version yesterday 5/27/24, and I can not find my files. I think they may be in the old version. I do not understand computers very well, and bc I only have the basic plan I can't talk to anyone. When I try to go into the file, I get the following error msg...dropba\pc\downloads is unavail. And to make sure I'm connected to network and try again. I am connected. Please help

Hi @SJB11, thanks for your post on our Community.

Do you mean that you’ve installed the latest version of our desktop app? If you look at the bottom right part of your screen (where your system tray is with your clock settings), do you see a small Dropbox icon? If yes, I’d like you to hover over it and tell me the app version you see.

After that, please click on it instead and let me know its syncing status.

Other than that, can you see your backup files here?

Let me know what you find.
