I am getting a 5xx error. Can you help?

Hi, have searched forum and seems to be a common thing but no answers given anywhere? I am getting a 5xx error and cannot synchronise files - please advise.   Many thanks.

I am getting that same error message. It's been like this for over 3 hours. Dropbox is crucial to my work. Nobody seems to have a solution.
