I am getting a 5xx error. Can you help?
Hi,
have searched forum and seems to be a common thing but no answers given anywhere?
I am getting a 5xx error and cannot synchronise files - please advise.

The website seems to be experiencing some problems at the moment. The web team is aware and looking into it. Please use the following thread to track this issue.

Hi Dropboxers - update - 1 day later and still no access... but error is now a "500 error".
Don't know if this is better or worse!

Same issue here—several external users (Outside of my team) getting a 5xx error and are unable to see files.

I am getting that same error message. It's been like this for over 3 hours. Dropbox is crucial to my work. Nobody seems to have a solution.

me too, all day. dropbox app can't connect & I can't login to my account online either.
Strangely though, I have a free account too, and that is fine, I login to that one no problem….

Dropbox is giving our team a 5xx error today, it's almost impossible to sign-in to access my account online, and when successful, navigating folders is so slow or simply gives up and hangs.
Are other users have this problem today too?
