How long does it take for a shared file to show up in the Sharing tab?

How long does it take for a file shared with someone to appear under "Shared - your shared files will appear here so you can find them easily"

I shared a file 6 times today and it has not yet appeared in the "Shared" section.  Perhaps it is not considered "shared" until the other side

lets you know they've received it.

From my understanding, `Shared` is meant to show items that others shared to you, not what you shared with others.

Files typically appear under the "Shared" section in Dropbox almost immediately after you share them. If they haven't appeared, it could be due to a delay or a glitch. It's not necessary for the recipient to acknowledge receipt for the file to be listed as shared. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or checking your internet connection.
