Folder updates in progress — please try again later.

I can't share the folder because of this warning: Folder updates in progress please try again later.

  • G'day Jay,

There is 12 or 15 (depends on what it is I am sharing) documents - some are photos - in the file and one complete folder being shared between 3 to 6 people.

In the end, a friend suggested clearing the internet cache, closing the browser. Wait a minute or two and then restart. It worked then!

Hey Daniel53, thanks for taking the time to post to our Community.

Did you make any large changes in your account perhaps? Move any large or multiple files?

Perhaps this process has not finished on the backend yet. Are you still having this issue even now?

    Keep me posted.

      G'day Daniel & Hannah,

Is waiting more than 12 hours long enough?

Should we delete the folder and then add again?

      Alison

Hi Alison2-77, how many files are in the folder itself? How many people are you trying to share the folder to?
