Do you get the same behavior when using another service, or only in Whatsapp?

Hi Jay, as far as I know, the issue is still present in most messaging services: instagram, etc.
The link appears the same, no thumbnail or title 😞
I've tried different devices, browsers, clearing cache and it still looks the same.
Please let us have the links as they used to be, these new ones are awful and unpractical.
I was sending a link now and found that the problem was solved

Hi, Dropbox image will appear when you paste link and wait for few seconds. It happen same when we send links from other websites. Somebody recommended me to use this WhatsApp to send app on WhatsApp.
Hey @Adrian L.5, have you tried copying the link and pasting it to WhatsApp, to see if the thumbnail appears, like the user mentioned above?
