I am running the Scrivener app on my MacBook and my iPad, and I have Dropbox on both. When I make changes on Scrivener on the MacBook, I can no longer sync those changes on the Scrivener app on the iPad (although if I go to the Dropbox website, I can see those changes there), and vice versa (if I make changes on the iPad, they don’t show up on the MacBook). Quite frustrating, as I pay for premium Dropbox subscription and I bought the iPad specifically because it should allow me to work with Scrivener app. Please help! I used to be able to sync with Scrivener with no issues.
I’ve tried several solutions suggested on other posts related to a similar issue, such as making sure the files are set to available offline, but nothing seems to work.
Does Dropbox sync other files if you add them? e.g. if you add a photo to the iPad Dropbox does it appear on Mac?

Just tested this, and yes, Dropbox did sync to MacBook when adding other files to Dropbox on the iPad, just not syncing via the Scrivener app.
If the files appear normally on the Dropbox side of things, then there may be some other issue with the Scrivener app. Have you ensure that it's connected to Dropbox correctly?
Have you tried contacting the developers for further assist with their app?

Yes, it's possible it's on their end. I did contact them for support a while back (when I first came across this issue), and they suggested a few solutions (such as doing a complete reset, uninstalling and reinstalling Scrivener), which did temporarily fix the problem, but now it's started happening again and I thought it was worth exploring if there is a fix on the Dropbox side of things, as their solution didn't work. Seems like Scrivener app and Dropbox are not communicating properly.

Yes I agree with that bit. Sadly that's an issue with Scrivener as they build the 'link' between the two.
Maybe a daft question but make sure you are on most recent version of software etc. and see if that helps. A forced restart also often does!
