Data is showing in Dropbox on my Windows device, but not my smartphone.

I have data that is copied to the Dropbox on my smartphone using another application.

On Win, this data is visible within Dropbox. But not on the Andoid smartphone.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Greetings

Gusti

Hi @Thomy_Broesmeli, and thanks for your post.

What’s the third party app that you’re using and how is your data copied over to your smartphone after that? Can you provide more details on the setup?

Also, when saying the data isn't visible on the Android smartphone, are you referring to the Dropbox mobile app that's installed there?

Keep me posted.

The 3rd party app is ODBLink, which allows you to copy the captured data, csv files, directly to Dropbox once a data file has been created within ODBLink.

The data I see on Windows is actually copied to Dropbox.

Within the Dropbox app on my S24 Ultra, neither the data created by OBDLinbk, nor the files are visible.

Thanks for clarifying. Have you reinstalled your Dropbox mobile app in the meantime and it made no difference?

Also, when saying Windows, are you referring to your Dropbox account online, the desktop app that’s installed there, or both?
