Are you the owner of the shared link and file or someone else shared it with you in the first place Roger conry ?

Hey Roger conry - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
From what I gather you're having an issue with accessing the shared link you included in your post - correct?
May I ask if you're getting a specific error and if you can check with the file and link's owner if they have deleted the file or disabled the link from their end perhaps?
Any additional information is more than welcome, Roger.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:
Check File Permissions: Ensure that the file is still shared with the link, and the permissions have not been changed. If the file was originally shared privately and the link settings were altered, it might lead to access issues.
Try a Different Browser: Sometimes browser settings or extensions can affect how shared links work. Try opening the link in a different web browser to see if that resolves the issue.
Recreate the Shared Link: If the file was originally shared a long time ago, consider recreating the shared link. This will generate a new link with updated settings, which might work more effectively.
Recover Older Versions: If the file has been modified or deleted, you can try to recover older versions of it. Dropbox allows you to restore previous versions of files within a certain time frame.
Contact Dropbox Support: If the issue persists, it's a good idea to reach out to Dropbox support for personalized assistance. They can investigate the problem and provide guidance specific to your situation.
Remember that Dropbox's interface and features may change over time, so it's essential to refer to the official Dropbox documentation or contact their support for the most up-to-date information on troubleshooting shared links.
