Unfortunately, I can't take a screenshot of it. It doesn't sync. Apple explains that the issue is with Dropbox. I can connect my phone and it does what it usually does without my plugging it in.

Hey David Russell - sorry to jump in.
I'm afraid the issue you're facing is still not clear. Can you let us know some additional information?
For example, what is your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox app if you're using it?
Do you happen to be using the automatic camera uploads feature perhaps or you were referring to something else?

I doubt if you can figure this out. I'm on OS 14.1.1
I have the basic Dropbox which stores what little I have on the computer and maybe my iPhone.
They synced earlier. Now they don't. Apple screen shared with me and did all it knew what to do about it and referred the issue to Dropbox.
They say, somehow Dropbox has the privilege over Apple in this case.
I guess you will get other people complaining. Thanks for you help.

Are you referring to Dropbox Backup feature perhaps David Russell?
Do you see any folders on your backups page?

I see where you say...how do I turn them off? I really only desire to use Dropbox for sending material. Wow ...hope it solves the problem...hope hope hope.
