My friend who has 2TB of free space has shared an empty folder with me. I'm on a basic plan with only 2GB of space. Can I upload 1TB to the shared folder directly from my computer?

Hi @videoinvolver, thanks for posting today!

This wouldn't be possible, since shared folders take up quota on all active members' accounts.

What you could ask from your friend is a file request link, that way you can upload direct to their account without it affecting your quota.

Let me know how it goes!
