Can Access a Shared Folder to Secondary Email
A folder was shared to my secondary email, but when I click on the link, a window pops up telling me that I can't access that file because I am signed in under the primary email on the account. So I...

If you login to your account and go to the Shared tab, are you able to add the folder that way?

Dropbox StaffJust to be certain, the email address they sent it to, was it definitely the exact same spelling as that of the secondary email, and not a slightly different spelling?
Certain inboxes, like Gmail, allow users to enter a dot or a plus to add more words to the email address (for johnsmith it could be john.smith or johnsmith+dropbox), and it would still arrive in the same inbox . However, for Dropbox, this would be a separate account entirely.
If there was an extra dot in the email, it would be seen as another address, and not the secondary email.
The secondary email in dropbox and the email the shared file was sent to are the exact same email addresses
