Both email addresses are the same. My email was given access but I'm signed in with the SAME email. This error makes no sense. Any suggestions to cure this error would be appreciated!

Hi @gobias, and welcome to the forum!

Just to make sure we've checked everything, can you please take another look at these two email addresses, and let me know if there's the slightest typo? If there is, then these two would be considered linked to two separate Dropbox accounts, which would explain the message.

Let me know, and we'll take a closer look.
