Android 12 Motorola G41 video doesn't upload by default.

Can't find any settings for Dropbox video uploads.

Phone video 90MB size. Dropbox 9GB total, 50% used. Battery 90% full.

All photos upload only after I open Dropbox on phone but never automatically (no settings found to control this).

Video uploads only occasionally.

Finally when attempting to force upload video, when connected to local WiFi, I shut off mobile data and select video file to upload.

Upload starts and may reach half of of progress bar in 20 seconds but then hangs.

After several attempts video upload may succeed.

Right now there are still 2 videos on my phone Dropbox  already several hours  "waiting to upload" but nothing  happens.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I understand you’re mostly using camera uploads to automatically upload your videos, right?

In case you haven’t tried to reinstall the app so far, please give these steps a go and let me know if they help:

1) Clear the cache on your Dropbox app (this may affect files that are still pending and haven’t uploaded to your Dropbox account, so make sure they're still saved on your local device).

  • Tap the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper-left corner of the screen
  • Tap the gear icon labeled "Settings" at the bottom of the menu list
  • Scroll to “Privacy” & select “Clear cache"

2) Uninstall the Dropbox App

3) Sign out from the Play store

4) Restart your device

5) Sign into the Play Store

6) Download and Install Dropbox

7) Try to sign into your Dropbox account

Keep me posted for any updates!
