"Device enrollment" notification each time I use my Mac.
Hi Everyine! I’m having a strange problem I just can’t get a handle on. I purchased a used MacBook recently and while using the computer I get a notification window every 5 minutes or so announcing Device Enrollment - Dropbox, inc can automatically configure your Mac.
There is no Dropbox installed on the computer so I can’t click on an app or the icon in the menu bar, etc.
How do I make this pesky thing go away? Any ideas?
- GPzmikeExplorer | Level 3Hi Megan, thank you for the response…yeah it’s a real head scratcher. Only thing I can think is that Dropbox was installed at one time but was ‘ripped out ‘ improperly and there’s a straggler in the system somewhere…here’s the screenshot you asked for:
(Well, shucks, I can’t seem to paste a screenshot into this entry window…how can I get a screenshot to you?)
