Hi Megan, thank you for the response…yeah it’s a real head scratcher. Only thing I can think is that Dropbox was installed at one time but was ‘ripped out ‘ improperly and there’s a straggler in the system somewhere…here’s the screenshot you asked for:

Hey GPzmike, you should see a camera-like icon when replying back to me, that'd allow you to attach your screenshot here.
Can you give it a go?
- GPzmike6 months agoExplorer | Level 3I don’t have any icons at all to choose from when I click Reply, Megan. There’s only a box I type into and cancel and reply buttons. Arg! Any other ideas? This device enrollment thing is seriously killing the new toy vibe!
