Would you mind trying to reinstall the mobile app then @Andy Snowden?

Also, can you just clarify for me which version of the app you have installed at the moment? You can find this by opening the Dropbox app, tapping the "Account" tab, tapping the gear icon in the top left and it's listed under "App version".

Thanks for sticking with me here!

I have reinstalled the app - still a no-go on connecting through wifi - fine through mobile only though.

App version 190.2.2

Listen if it can't be fixed - I have perfect access to my Google Drive so will switch to that if needs be 🙂

There's not much more I can suggest here I'm afraid @Andy Snowden, since the issue occurs only with your WiFi connection then it may be a Firewall issue or something that your ISP is blocking.

There may be some others here who have some suggestions so your thread will remain open in the meantime. Please don't hesitate to give me a nudge if you have any questions.

Hope you have a great day ahead!
