the support chat doesn't work on my webbrowser either on chrome than in firefox.
Is it a known bug ?

Hi @Sylvain255, just to clarify: were you able to resolve your issue, and chat with our Support team?
If you have an extension that's preventing you from accessing our chat, can you try an incognito tab on your current browser?

clear the cache doesn't change nothing, I don't know what is my plan, how can I know it please ?
Simply by navigating to your account's plan tab.
Are you getting any specific errors when trying to chat with our support team by the way @Sylvain255?

whan I click on the chat button nothing happens
I saw that this is blocked by Malwarebytes Bowser Guard extension, I signaled it to them
they said to me that there is a tracker in the button and it is why it is blocked
