I'm new to this community so I'm not sure if this is the right category.  I have a big Dropbox account online and LOVE it.  I have many folders that I backup there.  I have a specific DB folder on my laptop that backs up automatically on the clod, and I have the DB app on my phone.  I use an iPhone 13 Pro Max and have the IOS Version 18.0.

My problem is that when I open the DB app on my phone, it doesn't have all the folders.  Can anyone tell me how to get it set to access all my files from my phone?

Thanks for your help in advance.

RR

Hi @AreSquare, thanks for messaging the Community.

Could you clarify what you mean by this? Are the folders missing when viewing the Dropbox account in the Dropbox mobile app?

A screenshot showing the difference between the mobile app and the website would help greatly!

Thanks for the images. Could you let me know what those sync icons are on the files, as they don't appear to be Dropbox icons? A more zoomed in image would help greatly.

I also back files up on Carbonite.  Those are Carbonite backup status indicators.

Could you try quitting Carbonite to see if this helps show the syncing status of those files?

Do you use selective sync as well to prevent folders from syncing to your desktop machine?
