Re: Backup Question

I can't activate Dropbox Backup because everything is zoomed in, I can't see the button to click

I'm not sure I've picked the correct category.  I am trying to set up the backup function.  When I get to the screen that shows all of my folders and files, for me to check which ones I want backed up, the screen MORE than fills my monitor so that, while I can check the folders I want backed up, I am unable to see anything to click to confirm the choice and move on to the next option.  It is impossible to shrink that screen so that I can see the whole thing and find a place to confirm.  It's just crazy!  I've tried every which way to reduce the screen.  HELP!

Hi @curtt, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Do you have a custom DPI/resolution or font/app zoom on your desktop machine?

This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay:

Thank you for that response.  I had my display set at 125% scale.  I put it back to 100% and, yes, I could see the whole screen.  I've only had this laptop for 2 months and never encountered a similar problem.  I've got backup working now.  I appreciate your help.
