I can't access chat support, how can I fix this?

I can't access   help chat now ---  it seems my cookie settings are at fault --- how do I fix this?

Could you try logging into Dropbox on an incognito/private browsing browser to see if this helps?

no still  broken --- private window did not help

I think  this is a bit over kill --- I download a (new) browser ( duck-duck-go),  I never used it for anything and the  first thing I did was to  login to  dropbox.com ---  when I  got connected the (new)   browser asked me if I would except cookies and I said yes ---  I then tried to chat and  got the same screen that is in the photo

Where is  the  testing at dropbox.com before new changes are put into production

We are currently having an outage with our chat module, but we're all hands on deck to fix this! 

In the meantime, you can still email the support team on www.dropbox.com/support

Appreciate this @Frank P E., I can confirm you that our engineering team is working on it at the moment, and we hope to get the chat service restored as soon as possible 😊
