Hi there @Bella Wizbang - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!

You can check if you're logged into a Dropbox account account on the website by taking a look at the upper right corner. If you see your account's profile picture, it means you're signed in.

On the desktop app, you can check the app's preferences under the Account tab and on the mobile app also navigate to the Account tab.

I hope this helps!

Hi @Bella Wizbang

I'm Theresa, one of the Community Managers here at Dropbox. I noticed that @Walter helped resolve your issue back in July, which is great to hear!

I'm curious to know how things have been going with Dropbox since then. I always enjoy learning how people use Dropbox in their daily routines. If you're open to sharing, I'd love to hear how you've been using it... whether it's for storing photos, schoolwork, or something else entirely. You never know, we might even have some useful tips to share with you

Looking forward to hearing from you,

😺
