Desktop app not working on Windows 11

i have just bought a new samsung laptop dowloaded and installed the dropbox app with windows 11 but when i click on the app nothing happens - it just wont load up

Is it not giving any error etc.? 

 

Have you tried to do a reboot? Install all Windows updates etc. and then reinstall? www.dropbox.com/downloading ?
