After the dropbox app (Window 10) updates itself to the latest 111.4.472 version, I'm getting this 'Cannot establish a secure connection'.
I've checked my time on my laptop, router. It's fine. I've disabled firewalls and the whole Eset Security. I've checked my ports. Everything is fine. I've turned off the proxy setting inside app. Scanned my system for viruses, nothing fount. The only solution is to revert back to the older version, but if I do so, the app will update itself so I'm at the beginning.
I can't install the program and the following information appears: A secure connection to dropbox could not be established because the date and dropbox settings on your computer are incorrect. However, the date setting on my computer is absolutely correct, since the date and time are set automatically.
I'm having the same problem here too.
I have signed in at my Dropbox accout/site aparentely without problem.
Can you help? I'm not an informatics expert...
Does anyone have a fix for the error - Cannot establish a secure connection, incorrect date & time after dropbox update to 111.4.472? I have tried all the troubleshooting but still no luck
I am also having this problem.
Time & Date is fine, and have followed any other instruction.
Surely this is a problem with the Dropbox server?
I have still problems with can't get a secure internet connection
No problems from the mobile who is on the same network . No other cloud services has this problem .
My computer date & time right but same problem
Please help me
Hi, suddenly my dropbox app stopped working on my pc. It appears this message "can't establish a secure internet connection".
I cheked the time, i disabled anti virus, i reinstall dropbox .. but nothing happened..
can you help??
Same here.
Tried different computer, ethernet, wifi, mobile internet, with or without virus/firewall.
It's probably most certainly Dropbox causing this. Hope they can fix it soon.
Hi all; thanks for your reports on this one!
For everyone that's affected by this, could you let us know if you're also having issues with the latest beta version found here?
