Hey RCC2 - sorry to jump in here, but it seems that you're choosing a folder that already contains a Dropbox folder.
Could you try the folder that's one level above the Dropbox location and let us know how it goes?

try choice the D:/
They will direct you to a wrong folder, and even if you delete the wrong folder, you won't be able to go to the correct folderD:/ (Original_)

If the situation is urgent, can I contact you directly by email?

@RCChan, when reinstalling the Dropbox app and signing back in to it, you’ll need to click on the “Advanced Settings” link, and then choose the parent folder of the already established Dropbox folder.
For example, if you have your Dropbox folder in the path "D:\OtherDrive\Folder\Team Name Dropbox" you'll want to select the folder "D:\OtherDrive\Folder".
Other than that, I can see you’ve opened a ticket with our support team. If you wish, feel free to continue with them and they'll further help; I’ve also left them an internal note on your behalf.
