I am having issues with 2 of our computers in our team, showing "updating Dropbox account" for several hours with no change. We don't believe there are any specific files causing this issue. Other team members had the issue on Saturday (Australia) which may line up with the issue noted on the Dropbox website. I've tried several troubleshooting processes to no effect. With the nonstop updating, we can't access any of our files. Please help. Thanks.

Hey @bridgetdps, I'd be happy to look into this with you!

Would you mind clarifying the OS on these devices, along with the Dropbox version that's installed there?

You should be able to find the desktop by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon, next to your WiFi on your menu/task bar.

I'd appreciate it if you could also share with me the troubleshooting steps you've already tried on your end, in order for us to avoid repeating them.

Thanks a bunch!
