You need to do it on a per folder basis I'm afraid. There isnt a way to remove one person from everything in one go.

Thanks for your suggestion dharma - great idea. As such, I'm passing this along to the dev team for consideration - it would be great to have an option to remove a person from all of your shared folders in bulk.

Dropbox Team - This is a simple and needed request. We need to be able to search to see who we have shared folders with, and then change them or delete them. I am certain Dropbox as a company has an employee leave from time to time. If you use Dropbox, how do you go and delete them from all the folders and files that have been shared with them? Its simply unacceptable to have to go file by file folder by folder to find, and then alter.
