Merging Cells in a row in a table (Paper)

Merging cells is a basic feature that we need for our documents !

It's been in the queue for a very long time and we're a lot waiting for that simple task, Please please please, consider prioritizing it !

    I believe a key feature is missing in the table editing options, the 'MERGE' one. It's a very simple function that is many times key to obtain an elegant and clean looking table.

     

    Depending on the user's needs not having this can cause someone to choose to use another platform.

    Not going create another thread on this, but I't essential if you want to get people to use tables on DB Paper! Please can we get an update on this?
