You might see that the Dropbox Community team have been busy working on some major updates to the Community itself! So, here is some info on what’s changed, what’s staying the same and what you can expect from the Dropbox Community overall.
When I have completed an e-signature process on a doc and have saved the signed doc elsewhere, I would like to be able to delete that doc from the signatures section of the platform.
At present, I am not able to do that. I use that section of the platform to manage my doc signature process and be able to instantly see which docs are in process. Once the doc has been signed, I no longer want to see that doc in that section. It gets cluttered. Plus, the platform charges for data storage. So the idea that I can't delete docs that I no longer wish to store lacks a certain aesthetic to the platform experience overall.

Hello,
It seems like you need a way to delete documents from the signatures section after they're signed. If there's no option to delete them directly, it might be a platform limitation.
I recommend checking for any hidden settings that might allow document management or contacting the platform's support team for help. They might also consider adding this feature if you suggest it.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply/ but there's no issue with the platform. The docs in the docs section can be deleted/ but there is no delete option in the signatures section.

Hey jjackman - thanks for sharing your thoughts on this.
From what I gather, you must be referring to the Signatures on Dropbox.com - correct me if I'm wrong please.
When it comes to removing the docs, have you tried signing into the Dropbox Sign account and deleting the docs you'd like from the Documents tab?
Let me know if that would do the trick!

Yes/ I already tried that/ and it didn't work. Seems like I'm stuck with the docs once I e.sign them. It's something that the app designers need to add to the signatures section. Thanks for your reply.
