Add a "close" button for receipts and have the website automatically time out after some time.
When I view a Payment Receipt by doing this:
- Click the "Account" button at the upper-right of the home page
- Select "Manage account" from the pop-up menu
- Select "Billing" from the Tabs on the left of the page
- Click the "..." icon in the "More" column in the Billing History List on the page
- Select "Receipt" from the pop-up menu
The receipt opens up in a new browsers page/tab.
There is no navigation on this page. The only element on the page that I can interact with is the "Print receipt" button. (Thankfully, this button does not appear on the printed receipt!)
I would like to suggest a "Close" button on this page. You must use one of the browser's controls to close it.
Also, it appears to me that this page never times out??? I think this is a security issue.

Hey WoofGrrrr! Hope you’re doing well.
In order to have a clearer image of what you see and log your idea properly, I’d like to ask for a full screenshot of what you see on your end. Since there will be personal info showing on it, please make sure to mask all personal details before posting it here.
The “Print receipt” button you see can be used to print/download the receipt to your device, so it shouldn’t be showing on the downloaded item indeed.
However, can you clarify what you mean when saying there's no navigation on this page?
Give me a nudge when you’re ready.

I have tried to attach a screenshot, but clicking the paperclip icon to add an attachment is not working for me. I have tried it using BOTH Chrome and Firefox. I click and nothing happens.
I am aware of the "Print receipt" button. I have used it. It works. And you are correct, the button itself does not get printed.
My point of about receipt and invoice (and other?) pages is, once that page opens, there is no way to CLOSE it other than to use the browser's controls.
What I meant by "Navigation" was, there are no menus, buttons, tabs, links, or other controls to do anything at all other than just to print the receipt using that "Print receipt" button. I would hope there was at least something to close the page.
But I guess that since this is a page separate from the main web site, whose purpose is just to view and print information, and the main web site page still exists, there's really nothing else to do except to close it. No need for a "Home", "Back", or some such button or menu. So maybe "Navigation" was not what I really meant.
