Saving emails sent to recipents of drop box signature request.
How do I save the email/message that is sent with the signature request file? I send docs to client with instructions and I wanted to find a way to save the documentation.

Does Dropbox Signature have an address book function or a way to save frequently used Signer names and emails? I have a frequently used agreement that requires 4 of the same Signers and when I used to use Adobe Sign, as I started to type a name in the "Add Signer" section, my previously used Signer names/emails would auto-populate so that I didn't have to constantly retype them. This doesn't seem to be happening in Dropbox Signatures so wondering if I'm missing this feature. Creating a template document doesn't help because that still requires me to add each of the 4 signers each time I need to send for signatures. Thanks.

There is also an 'import contacts' option but it only imports from Google or Yahoo contacts. This should be available for all accounts. Below I have provided a screenshot of this feature as reference. If you are encountering issues with this feature, can you provide the steps to reproduce the issue or any error messages you are encountering?

Dropbox Signature currently doesn't have an address book function or a way to save frequently used signer names and emails. However, this feature has been requested by users, so it's possible that Dropbox may implement it in the future. In the meantime, you might want to consider using a workaround such as maintaining a document with the frequently used signer names and emails, which you can easily copy and paste when sending out agreements for signatures.
